The Daily News

Daily News

The Daily News is a newspaper in New York City. It was the first tabloid newspaper in America, and it grew into a popular morning paper that dominated the newspaper industry in the 1920s. Its sensational coverage of crime, scandal, and violence, lurid photographs, cartoons and other entertainment features attracted readers to its early circulation of a million copies.

Its mascot is a pig named “Stuffy,” and it has a distinctive color scheme and a logo that is not found anywhere else in the city. It is one of the best-known newspapers in the world, and is owned by The News Corporation.

Aside from the Daily News, the company also publishes a number of other publications. These include the New York Post, which shares some editorial similarities with the Daily News, as well as a variety of other local and regional publications.
